We also host a handful of professional vendors with multiple spaces in multiple malls like ours. We own the property, pay all the utilities, operate the point of sales system, pay the employees, collect and file sales tax, buy advertising, and then rent space to small businesses at an affordable price. They don't have to worry about many of the problems associated with a brick and mortar business.
